All of the Mindray ultrasound machines we carry come new with a two- to five-year warranty (depending on which system). Should you have any issues that are covered by the limited warranty within that time period, the parts and labor will be provided. If your ultrasound machine is out of warranty and has an issue, our bio-medical service engineers will assess your ultrasound machine to see what needs to be fixed.
